Refund Policy

Morphjet is made by Verispan Data Systems (“Morphjet”, “we”, “us”). We want you to be genuinely happy with it, so this policy is short and in your favour. If Morphjet isn't right for you, you can get your money back.

Our 14-day money-back guarantee

You can request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase, for any reason. You don't need to justify it, and there's no restocking fee or deduction. If Morphjet didn't do what you hoped, or you simply changed your mind, that's reason enough.

How to request a refund

Because our reseller Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for every order, refunds are issued through them, and there are two easy ways to start one:

• Use the link in your purchase receipt from Paddle.com, or reply to that receipt email, to request the refund directly.
• Or just message us with the email address you used to buy, and we'll take care of it for you.

Once a refund is approved, the money goes back to your original payment method. How quickly it appears depends on your bank or card provider, usually within a few business days.

After a refund

A refund cancels your licence to use the paid version of Morphjet, so we ask that you stop using it and remove it from your computers. The free features of Morphjet, if you're using them, remain free and are not affected.

Beyond 14 days

Our guarantee is 14 days, but we're reasonable people. If something goes wrong later, a defect, a bug we can't fix for you, or a charge you didn't expect, tell us and we'll do the right thing.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy takes away the refund or cancellation rights you have under the consumer-protection laws where you live, including any statutory cooling-off period. Where those rights give you more than this policy does, they apply.
