Are my files really never uploaded?
Really. Morphjet converts on your own computer, so your files are read from your disk and written back to it without ever going to a server. The surest test: turn your wifi off and convert something. It still works, because there was never an upload to begin with.
How can I check that for myself?
Pull the network cable or switch on your firewall, then convert a file. If it still works, nothing was leaving. You can also watch your own network activity while you convert and see there's no file traffic at all.
What do you actually collect about me?
On this site, just your email if you ask us to notify you about something, plus whatever you type into the form below. The app itself keeps analytics off by default. That's the whole list, and it's all laid out in our privacy policy.
Do you use my files to train AI?
No, and we couldn't if we wanted to. The AI features run on your machine, on your copy of the file. Nothing about what you convert is sent to us or used to train anything.
How do I get my email or messages deleted?
Just ask through the form below and it's done, no hoops. You can also ask for a copy of anything we hold about you, and we'll send it over.

How much does Morphjet cost?
It's a one-time purchase, and the prices are on our pricing page. There is no subscription, and every purchase comes with a 14-day money-back guarantee.
Is it a subscription?
No. Morphjet is a one-time purchase. You pay once and the app is yours to keep and use, with no monthly bill and nothing that expires.
Can I get a refund if it's not for me?
Yes, and you don't have to argue for it. Morphjet comes with a 14-day money-back guarantee: ask within 14 days of buying, for any reason at all, and you get a full refund with no deduction and no justification needed. How will I pay?
Through a normal checkout, with the usual card options handled by our payment provider. We never store your full card details.
Updates & licensing
Do I get free updates?
Everyone on the founding list gets every update free for as long as they use the app, as our thank-you for being first. Whatever applies for later buyers will always be shown clearly before you pay.
How many computers can I use it on?
Your license covers your own computers, not just one machine. If you have a laptop and a desktop, you're covered on both.
What happens if I ever stop paying?
Nothing changes about the version you own. Using the app you bought is always free and never expires. Any future renewal would only ever be about getting new updates, never about keeping the app working.

Which computers does it run on?
macOS 15 Sequoia or later on Apple Silicon (M1 and newer), and Windows 10 or 11, 64-bit. There is no Intel Mac build.
Is there a Linux version?
Yes. Morphjet runs on Mac, Windows and Linux, and the Linux build is a .deb, .rpm or AppImage from the download page. The same licence covers whichever of your own computers you install it on.
Does it work with no internet?
Yes. Once it's installed, Morphjet runs fully offline. On a plane, on hotel wifi, or air-gapped at work, it keeps working.
How much memory and space does it need?
A normal convert is light. The on-device AI features ask for a bit more, around 8 GB of memory to get going, and more makes them faster.
Formats & features
What can it convert?
2,748 conversions across images, camera RAW, documents, video, audio, and ebooks, plus a long tail of scientific and legacy formats. If you've heard of it, it's probably in there.
Can it convert a whole folder at once?
Yes. Point it at a folder and it works through every file with the same settings, whether that's five files or five thousand. No two-at-a-time cap.
What are the on-device AI features?
Turning speech into text, reading documents aloud, enlarging small photos, cutting out backgrounds, and pulling a song apart into its separate tracks. All of it runs on your own machine.
Can I convert without opening the app?
Yes. Convert straight from Finder or File Explorer with a right-click, or script it from the command line if that's your thing.
Is there a limit on file size?
Only what your own computer can handle. There's no upload cap, because there's no upload.
